Dear PACAC
Thank you for responding in a loose manner to my question to the legal authorities of where the Jurisdiction to Consider this matter now lies, as being a matter for the PACAC.
Accordingly, I will continue with business as usual for the MOCL if I do not receive further clarifications from you specific to the issues as outlined again under:

This is an automated response.
Thank you for contacting the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Select Committee (PACAC) at the House of Commons.
This is to confirm that we have received your correspondence. Due to the high volume of inquiries, please note that we will respond, if necessary, as soon as possible.
The Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee (PACAC) is appointed by the House of Commons to examine: constitutional issues; the quality and standards of administration provided by Civil Service departments; and the reports of the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO). The Committee does not investigate individual cases and therefore we are unable to offer help to individuals with personal matters.
You can also follow the Committee on X (formerly Twitter) @CommonsPACAC
