The Liberal Democrats are getting me into a wild goose chase by diversionary tactics involving various members and institutions of the Party and kicking the ball into the long grass in relation to the proceedings: https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/a20170027-46ty0039517-dr-s-panigrahi-v-kent-police-with-co-conspirators-1.
I had tried to put the sordid events of 2022 as something that is an ill wind that blows nobody any good as attached: ToLiberalDemocratsSouthEastJECastleLynIbejiAnnaTarrantPaulFarthing(Forgive&ForgetOption)17Apr2024.docx, but subsequently received the attached communication from Mr Paul Farthing: Fr(Update on Recent Concerns on my Membership of the Liberal Democrats)17Apr2024.docx. I therefore had no choice in order to protect my reputation but to go through the Party's Appeals process that is formally acknowledged in the automatic communication below, but nothing further has so far come officially.
I feel that this matter must be resolved at a Hearing or Summary Judgment in light of this further evidence in relation to my communications to the Court as attached: ToCenLonCtyCrtcccivilclaimsKentPolicecivilclaimsKMPTJillJessonPHSOMaidstoneCrnCrtJessicaDaCostaRehmanChishtiLabourPartyMikeDixonLibDems(CASE PROGRESSION ON E35YM660)16Apr2024.pdf.
