For the attention of Emma Harrison, Team Leader, Kent CPO
Dear Sir/Madam
When there is a 'Query on Legal Proceedings' as the Defendant has pointed out yesterday evening and Kent Police has not replied, the Case is urgent but not inactive at the North Kent Magistrates Court. It is urgent because of the Defendant’s demand for £18.4 million in damages and compensation from the Prosecution.
Either a final Judgment needs to be issued afresh for consideration of the parties on Appeal processes that may be instituted, or the surmise of the Defendant in this Case now submitted needs to be endorsed by the Court, or a further Listing is needed as the Case was de facto legally adjourned on 10 November 2023, 2 pm.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahji
