Further to my enquiries yesterday concerning legal advice and representation, I wish to bring you up-to date with the latest position that I face this Saturday morning.
We have to make do with what we have in terms of the State's operations for I am not ever going to upset the applecart of the State by in some manner undermining the foundations of the Constitution of the State, for it is none of my business as has been perceived by trolls who have terrorised, persecuted, victimised, and obstructed justice as well as perverted the course of justice against me over 26 years.
I am only interested in justice in terms of the £55,000 severance pay that I was entitled to from the University of Greenwich in 1998 when it dismissed me from employment as a scientist under highly dubious circumstances of alleged gross misconduct disciplinary action and which rendered my family into poverty in the United Kingdom. I also wish a refund of the £4170 that I had to pay as costs when I litigated against the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom under Claim E35YM660 at the County Court of Central London that is under assessment currently at the Court of Appeal under CA-2023-000750 proceedings.
I hope that this account clarifies the nature of the issues that I am today confronted with, and hope that you can take over the management of this Case for your usual Fees of arrangement with clients.
One way or the other please reply to this email as soon as you can so that I know where I stand with your Firm and accordingly may have to seek alternative representation in Court if DSDLaw cannot undertake this task.
