North Kent Magistrates Court
Your Honour
I am due to attend a Bail to Return to Medway Police Station tomorrow 21st December 2023 2200 hours that I brought to your esteemed attention as linked here: OPEN-ENDED INVESTIGATIONS BY KENT POLICE? (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/open-ended-investigations-by-kent-police with further developments since that your Honour needs to consider as attached: SOON BE CHRISTAS.pdf; AWAITING THE INEVITABLE.pdf
Nothing has changed, I am still suffering Mental Torture brought on by terroristic emails. We have still not had our property restored as promised by DC Field under Stalking offence and Kent Police would not tell me anything of how to prepare for the Bail appointment as to whether there will be an interview on me, whether a Duty Solicitor needs to be present (Olives Solicitors have not replied if Philippa Beswick will be present), and what precisely are under considerations as regards Malicious Communications alleged for which I am the only suspect by all accounts.
Yours sincerely
