Dear Sirs
This Court has never once replied to my emails which number at least 50 and gave false information once and repeat information a second time. Recently It sprung up an Application Notice that I had not submitted and never paid any Court Fee for and despite me making a number of representations it continues to maintain its silence to proceed with the Hearing. I do not trust these officials as I am a mental patient, and these officials are taking advantage of my innocent nature and vulnerability to coerce me into a Hearing which is as prejudiced against me as Judge Parfitt and District Judge Lightman’s Hearings were a year 18-20 months ago.
I have had to write to the Samaritans as attached but they are not replying: ToSamaritans(POISONED CHALICE)7Jan2023.

No action was taken by the East Kent Magistrates Court against these perpetrators.
This is an official complaint to the HMCTS on the County Court of Central London, and I fully expect it to be addressed to stop the Hearing of 20 January 2023.
