Dear Sir/Madam
A few months ago I had requested the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice for a Public Enquiry, but it was diverted to the HMCTS for processing.
Today I have come to the point that I feel that £55,000 was stolen from me by the University of Greenwich in not honouring the redundancy terms of settlement that had come about because there was implicit understanding that the University did not have the financial resources to keep me in employment two years after privatisation from the Civil Service of the Natural Resources Insitute of the then Department for International Development.
I issued a host of litigation against people who conspired with the University of Greenwich on grounds of religious differences with me being a Hindu and the Monarch being an Anglican Christian. Attempts were made to have me incarcerated permanently in a mental hospital when I tried to escape from the United Kingdom for I could not cope with the terrorism being mounted on me by these people calling themselves Victims of Panigrahi Association (VOPA). I was locked up in secure wards of two mental hospitals first in 2004 and the second one in 2008 and they continued to try and enforce permanent incarceration in a mental hospital because I was seeking justice from having been unfairly consigned to rags from the riches of being a Professional Scientific Officer.
The Courts did not see it my way and I believe this was because these civil courts were manipulated by Monarchists. I was fined £4170 that my family could ill-afford, and for having had the audacity of taking the Prime Minister to Court on a civil litigation because I had already been to the Kings Bench Division of the High Court suing Kent Police unsuccessfully, so in revenge the Monarchist engineered criminal anonymous emails by hacking my Gmail and Yahoo mail accounts and sending obnoxious emails as if I was personally sending these to institutions and people like Katrina Sale of the Conservative Party, bp, staff of BLM law, the Solicitors Regulation Authority, my Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Odesanya, my psychotherapist Jill Jesson, Sainsbury's where I was briefly employed, my sisters in India. and many others that I do not recall the names of. The Monarchists then arrested me on 5 forced arrests and 2 voluntary interviews in the Police Station to try and give me a criminal record or worse still to get me sentenced to a term of imprisonment. They had also earlier tried to make me stateless because in the heat of the moment I had said to my Psychiatrist at BUPA that Big Brother wanted a nation of morons in a Police State, and subsequently on the 2019 occasion that Kent Police persecuted me on a Speeding offence, I had written to them that I was minded to punch the final nail in the coffin of the British State. Furthermore with my suffering continuing I had said that I in trying to secure justice, I was sticking my head in the British Lion's mouth and hoped to take it out unscathed. I had also said to the persecutors of VOPA that I was a Master Escapologist and they with all their resources could not trap me into a mistake in my battle to protect my reputation in the United Kingdom and beyond.
These were angry exchanges in an apparent game of warfare between myself and the Monarchists, and nothing else.
I have done nothing wrong and as the latest correspondence show (see attached: WHAT HAVE YOU TO SAY FOR YOURSELF-digital.pdf) they have me isolated in a bid to trying to see if they would be able to leave me without justice so that I would look to go to India permanently as we as a family are preparing for a holiday to go to in January-February 2024. They think that since I am a truth-seeker and an investigative journalist this being a second career for me from the age of 41 I would go where I was wanted.
Dear Sir, I will not ever leave this country of the United Kingdom hard as the Monarchists try to bring this about by their devious means that I have equated to the work of Satan-evil vermin.
I am therefore writing to you again to review your decision not to initiate the Public Enquiry by Parliamentary processes.
