I did not receive the clarification from Lady Justice Andrews on the proceedings at the Court of Appeal as attached: ToCourtofAppealccGLD(Dr S Panigrahi v Prime Minister CA_2023_000750)9Oct2023.docx, so I presume that she has made the right decision to refer this Case to the High Court. I had been under the impression that the Court of Appeal had a civil division and a criminal division who would liaise with each other to discharge the duties of the Court of Appeal, but no such information has been forthcoming to me this morning. This is especially important in relation to the attached correspondence with Sandra White Kent CPO(ToKentCPO(sandraWhiteReplyR v Dr Panigrahi 46511327153(Summons of all offences)9Oct2023.docx, to which no reply was received by me. First Sandra White listed this matter for a decision at Folkestone Magistrates Court for 17October 2023 without my presence after several months of having the matter listed for a Trial of myself at Medway Magistrates Court which I would have to attend as attached (LetterfromNKMC HearingTrial10Nov2023.pdf), Then she is now saying by email as you will note that the Hearing is listed back to take place on 10 November 2023, 2 pm at Medway Magistrates Court by. As you are no doubt aware the moving of the venue back and forth negates and nullifies the original Summons for Referral to Court so new summons should be issued as I had requested.
I would be grateful if you would kindly and urgently list this Case at the Kings Bench Division of the High Court as seemingly directed by Lady Justice Andrews of the Court of Appeal.
