It has only now been discovered by me that Mr Wayne Crowhurst, my duly-imposed legal representative, has already seriously let me down and permanently destroyed any confidence I had in him on by failing to disclose to me as his client that he works for Vyman Solicitors.
This is one and the same useless incompetent Vyman Solicitors with which I had a complicated relationship ending with a very hurtful betrayal of trust by Ms June Banfield of the same firm in 2022 over the matter of the racial discrimination perpetrated on me by BP Jobs and harassment by ASDA.
He also failed to disclose to me his qualification is merely an "LPC" which is a deficient one only used by the lame ducks of his profession. I cannot tolerate a lame duck as Triple Tilda Cherie who pretends to be from Matrix Chambers has discovered.
I must reject his and her advances out of hand and revert instead to Dotun and his "protege" Ravina Karir at Olives Solicitor to resolve all the complications of the three sets of legal proceedings, namely harassment or stalking, speeding and malicious communications.
Vyman Solicitors or its insects must never again contact me in any circumstance. Is that understood?

As the ultimate signal of my utmost good faith in the face of utterly unacceptable buccaneering malpractice committed by suars, to save the time and resources of His Majesty and his Prosecution Service I resolve to accept my guilt in either the Stalking Harassment or the Malicious Communications matter, the choice of which I leave to you but I shall reserve my inalienable
creator-endowed right to blog all of it for the attention of the Highest Court of public opinions and the Bill of Rights.
My condition is that the other possible charge is no-further-actions-marked forever and that my defence against the intended charge to which I will plead Guilty that I am the victim of the Republic of Moldova and that with acute Paranoid Schizophrenia, Horsfelder's Case, I have two distinct persona and personalities so as a satya-advaitist I cannot be lawfully convicted of the offence notwithstanding my plea because it would be unlawful to convict the wrong one of the two personalities which as a rajasic homo may be only a nonchalantly casual observer while my other tamasic personality was the offender and without the benefit of availing of any legal representative the sattvic intermediary is not relevant.
I undertake to make my peace with Ms Sale about whom I have only the highest professional respect and regret any slight inconveniences to which the tamasic one may have exposed her. However without her co-operation I would not have been able to engineer the imminent receipt of tens of millions of pounds in compensation. To further reduce the monitoring burden on the regretfully
overworked Police, the bail condition limiting contact with her is naturally in the light of my concession, seemingly void and without an effect, and letting nature take its course will be substituted by me automatically.
To comprise a further proofing mark of good-will and my purest dharmic intent as a sadhaka Hindu residing in this police state of official morons, at the strike of dawn on 4 October 2023, which means less than one year after the original date of the offence, I officially informed The Kent Driving
Experience KDE team and both North and East Kent Magistrates Courts that I have spontaneously and unpremeditatedly irrevocably altered my plea re the alleged speeding offence of 5 October 2022 to Guilty not-withstanding it was all the fault of the police administration in rejecting my payment for the Speed Awareness Course despite my fullest explanation supplied for it and notwithstanding the CHARGE REFUSED CERTIFICATE (Reference: IX/00300/23) which I intend to use as evidence of a concerted campaign of persecution designed to make me pack my bags and return to Pakistan or even India.
There is one other small issue, and that is it apparently slipped my mind in the face of the persecution to which the criminals have subjected me for 27 years. My family holiday to India has been brought forward slightly to run from 10 December 2023 to 11 January 2024 so it will not be possible for me to appear at any bail hearing on 18 December 2023 as PC Katrina Field had arranged. Kindly reschedule this hearing to take place at the same venue as soon after 11 January 2024 as practicable so I can consider my options while in India, if indeed my presence is required by you even after the concession I made above.
Else, you may continue to be lackadaisical and leave the date unchanged from your changed date, but thereby implicitly consent that my Legal Representative Mr Wayne Crowhurst will attend the police station on the specified date of 18/12/2023 but will be conducted STRICTLY IN MY ABSENCE IN PERSON OR VIDEOLINK.
I look forward to being notified of the rescheduled bail appointment set within the month commencing 13 January 2024, or preferably your Notice of Final Surrender, Capitulation, Apology and Offer of Amends for an amount in the vicinity of Ten Million Pounds, 10% of which formerly earmarked for Moldova Tuckers will be shared with Katrina. But which Katrina?

3. I attended the interview at Sainsbury's for the Christmas job but do not hold out hope that I will be selected because I have been blacklisted by nearly all local and national employers.
