1. Thank you for your email: stating the matters on which I required information on did not fall within the criteria of the Freedom of Information Act.
2. I have another Freedom of Information Request being dealt with through What do they know as follows:
I require an up-to-date synopsis of legal proceedings under Claims E35YM660, JOOME572, HQ17x01773 and CO/1680/2002
3. Would these two requests need to be combined into one request under Freedom of Information Request or by a single business area - please clarify so that I receive back only one report on the proceedings.
4. The required FOI number is, from the records of which EM managed to have sight, "01299" (of 2022). You must provide this to progress the request with Mr Ennis.
I don't understand what is the involvement of Mr Tiwana or Mr Coker in this matter or in the original complaint itself. They may resent their personal information now being findable on the www.WHATDOTHEYKNOW.com website which is regularly "indexed by Google".
But I am confident that, like always, you know best!
