1. Thank you for the communication that I received from the State authorities as follows:

2. Further to your deliberations of the matter as linked here: https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/ca-2023-000750-case-progression the House of Common's (‘government') handling of my Petition for a Written Constitution is challenged under my Claim and consequently its Appeal. The Court of Appeal is required to enter judgment on whether the United Kingdom must have a Written Constitution in accordance with this due process that I have followed.

3. Specifically, the Written Constitution must be on my terms submitted on behalf of The Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited (TCLP-UK) as linked here: https://www.theconservativelibertariansociety.com/about-1 since it is an alternative form of governance proposed through litigation against successive Prime Ministers at the Central London County Court under Claim E35YM660 and its Appeal at the Court of Appeal under Appeal Case Number CA-2023-000750.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
