East Kent Magistrates Court
Dear Sir/Madam
Whilst I was under the impression that I had done all I could to discharge my Speeding Offence of 5 October 2022 by appropriately booking the Speed Awareness Course at the cost of £92 which was never refunded to me as Kent Police cancelled my Course because apparently I had broken the rules by requesting a delay in the date of the Course for unavoidable reasons, having now assessed the law without the benefit of a legal representative to advise me through this period, and seeing that Ithe fact remains that had broken the speed limit of 50 mph on a dual carriageway on the A229 in travelling at 60 mph from the evidence that I have; I now wish to change my plea from Not Guilty to Guilty, so as not to waste Court time or my time in defending.
Please let me know the penalty that needs to be administered on me in this regard financially and I shall pay it together with any points on my driving licence that the Court considers necessary.
The relevant documents are attached for ease of reference for the Court:
