Your Honour

1. Kent Police are terrorising me and cheating me with its shenanigans again to obstruct justice and pervert the course of justice. Further it was evident that this matter is wholly within Claim E35YM660 as is evident from the Particulars of Claim submitted to the Court so that Kent Police is in contempt of court: refer:

CLAIM E35YM660 PROCEEDINGS (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com)

It manipulates correspondence in a file that it keeps with only selected documents and presents it to the Justiciary with no scope for the contender/complainant to make his submissions directly to the Justiciary.

2. Further Kent Police took no notice to my referral of a complaint against terrorist criminals hell bent on destroying my work in my websites: Criminals terrorising me by spamming my website with advertisements and junk (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/criminals-terrorising-me-by-spamming-my-website-with-advertisements-and-junk so that these perpetrators of the Hate Crime on me have resumed their dastardly actions on me.

3. It also refuses to charge me with any offences and does not return our property seized from our home a year ago under false pretences that it arrested me under.

4. Please issue Directions accordingly so that Rishi Sunak is forced to come and explain the conduct of the government.

Yours sincerely

Thank you for contacting the Attorney General’s Office (AGO).

Please note the Attorney General provides legal advice to the government and is unable to give legal advice, assistance or support to individuals. The Attorney General does not have investigatory powers.

We strive to answer all correspondence that falls within the remit of the AGO within 20 days. However, we are unable to reply to matters that do not fall within the responsibility of the department.

Please note that, although the Attorney General superintends the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), Serious Fraud Office (SFO), and Government Legal Department (GLD), these departments are operationally independent and the Attorney General’s Office is unable to intervene in individual cases or comment on any active proceedings.

Unduly Lenient Sentence Referrals

If you have contacted our office regarding a sentence you feel is too low, please ensure you have provided us with all the information we require. Full details can be found at the following link:

https://www.gov.uk/ask-crown-court-sentence-review

If you are the victim in the case in question, or a close family member of the victim, you can expect to be informed of the outcome of your referral. Due to the large number of referrals we receive, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a response to referrals made by those without such a connection to the case.
