The link CLAIM E35YM660 (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/claim-e35ym660-5 has at 5.00 pm today when I did not receive the Full Written Reasons from Medway Magistrates Court by my deadline (according to the rule that Justice Delayed is Justice Denied) to complete my Appeal at Maidstone Crown Court, as linked here: Appeal: Full Written Reasons from Medway Magistrates Court Awaited (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/appeal-full-written-reasons-from-medway-magistrates-court-awaited endorses the earlier supposition that the trolling that I have suffered over 6 years and my responses to them in emails that Kent Police investigated me as a suspect for as possible harassment, stalking, wrongful blogging on my part and writing my autobiography in 120 sections; do not fall within the scope of the latest version of the Harassment Act nor of the Malicious Communication Act but as I had made clear to PC Nichols in his assessment of materials received by Katrina Sale in September 2022 are civil matters so that any party should issue proceedings appropriately to sue a person who has done him or her harm.
An anonymous email that I termed criminal anonymous email (CAE) at first as possibly having been engineered by MI5 to disrupt my quest for justice as attached: FrShanPanigrahiDIZUM(CAE) RACHEL Guilty and KATRINA Solc Guiltier)17May2023.docx may well have been from a well-wishing troll engaged in Cybernetics also indicates that this matter is within the scope of my civil litigation against the Prime Minister Rishi Sunak under Claim E35YM660 at the Central London County Court on the adjourned Hearing of 20January 2023 as attached: CenLonCtyCrtNOTICEOFHEARINGOFAPPLICATION.pdf which should now coalesce all matters of the State in which I have had complaints including the handling by Kent Police of my discharge of the Speeding Offence of 5 October 2022 by attending the Speed Awareness Course when I was driving the family car along the A229.
I would be grateful if you would incorporate these matters into the proceedings and enter Judgment or issue directions for a Hearing as you consider appropriate.
