Dear Sir/Madam
In your initial direction as attached: FrMaidstoneCrownCourt(CLAIME35Y660)8May2023, you clearly suggested that the attached matter ToCenLonCtyCrtJudiciaryNorthKentMag(inadequate response from Kent Police)24May2023.docx is not a criminal matter but a civil matter and you copied that direction to Medway County Court to endorse your view.
I approached Medway County Court but it would not elicit a reply so that my Claim for £10 million in damages and compensation from Kent Police has fallen on deaf ears.
This causes me doubt as also to all the parties to this dispute as to what you meant with your initial direction.
Kindly let me know the reasons why this is not a criminal matter in accordance with the Harassment Act and Malicious Communications Act as I have been tortured through what I can only describe as a Hate Crime for over a decade and most intensely over the past 6 years; and the guilty culprits protected by Kent Police are going scot-free this evening.
