Dear Sirs
I did not receive the clarification that I sought from the Court of Appeal to the linked deposition:
https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/appeal-proceedings-at-the-court-of-appeal-ca-2023-000750-1 nor from the County Court of Central London on the communications exchanged with Stripe as linked here:
In this regard Tide Bank had undertaken the investigation of these issues but I did not receive its final decision on how the matter is to be resolved and closed: see attached:ToTideBank(Your complaint about Tide £200 million)25Aug2024; ToAbbieFarragoTide(Your complaint about Tide)16Aug2024.docx.
Sirs, Is that it- the end of the matter with no damages and compensation let alone an apology to be issued to me?
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Dear Tide
If you are speaking on behalf of all the 5000 odd perpetrators of terrorism and obstruction of justice that I have had to endure over the past 26 years of living in the United Kingdom, the offences contained as summarised in the proceedings with the Financial Ombudsman Service as linked here: https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/press-release-concerning-the-financial-ombudsman-service my demand for damages and compensation from whoever is found to be responsible ultimately for the victimisation and persecution is now £200 million.
I look forward to the negotiations in this regard as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Thank you for your response.
Hello Abbie Farrago
On reflection, after especially this morning's incidents relating to the Court of Appeal, the Central London County Court, Stripe, and the around 5000 individuals engaged in the terror on me, it was not the fault of Tide that it too was dragged into the terroristic proceedings.
I would not wish to point to any single individual who organised the persecution on me out of my lawful duties to the State of the United Kingdom that I love to live in, and therefore with your agreement would now leave the matter as having been a learning experience for myself and I hope you and others.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Dear Mr Panigrahi,
My name's Abbie Farrago and I'm part of the Complaints team here at Tide.
We've recently received your complaint through our financial provider - ClearBank. However, I'm afraid that we don't have enough information to begin investigating your concerns.
Can you please elaborate what your complaint is about and what you'd like us to review. I note that you've contacted the Financial Ombudsman Service, however, in your complaint form you refer to two other banking institutions - Barclays and Santander. Please explain what the issue is and what is Tide's involvement so that we can be on the same page and we can look further into this matter for you.
Best regards,
Abbie Farrago

: Important according to Google magic.Thank you for contacting the Financial Ombudsman Service, we are a free service set up to resolve disputes with financial businesses, like banks or insurance companies.
We’re helping a lot of customers at the moment, so I’m sorry we won’t be able to reply straight away.
If you’re contacting us about a new complaint
You can find out more about the things we can help with on our website – where you can also use our complaint checker tool to see if your complaint is one we can look at.
If we can help, we will get back to you within 7 days. Due to the volume of enquiries we receive, we are only able to reply to those customers we can help.
If you already have a complaint with us
We’ll contact you once your complaint is with a case-handler.
However, if you’re experiencing serious financial or health problems, or need to speak to someone urgently, please call us on 0800 023 4567.
If we are not able to help you
We can only look at complaints about financial businesses (like banks, insurance companies and finance firms). We can’t help with other complaints – for example, about phone and utility companies, council tax or legal services. Please look at our website for more information about other organisations that may be able to help – but they are completely separate from the Financial Ombudsman Service
And just to remind you again, if we can help, we will get back to you within 7 days.
