Dear Sirs
1. It would appear that you have got the wrong end of the stick as this is a political matter to do with the Director of the Electoral Commission, the Complaint now fully justified in the receipt of the attached correspondence yesterday from the Commission:
https://www.bharatiyavishistaadvaitaparty.com/post/electoral-commission-s-refusal-to-register-round-2-revision-of-the-balance-party that initself having checked with the Architect of the Singularity conception for The Balance Party has bee refused on the minutest of technical grounds and not on substantive issues as it relates to Singularity envisioned for the concept of Balance in the Universe.
2. Furthermore, the Commission has nothing to say on the matter of the Universal Balance Party for Global Development submitted simultaneously in presentation that the The Balance Party is a condensed version of the UBP_GW laid out here https://www.bharatiyavishistaadvaitaparty.com/post/constitution-and-financial-scheme-of-universal-balance-party-for-global-welfare .
Yours sincerely

Dear Dr Panigrahi,
Thank you for contacting the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO).
We have reviewed the information you provided about your concerns. Based on what you have told us, your complaint falls outside the matters we can investigate.
The PHSO can consider complaints about maladministration or service failure by UK government departments, the NHS in England, and certain other public organisations, once their own complaints process has been completed. However, we are unable to look at:
matters involving the police, which are considered by the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC)
decisions made by courts or issues relating to legal proceedings
complaints about private companies such as banks, publishers, or online service providers
issues that are, or have been, considered by a court
allegations involving multiple organisations where there is no clear complaint about a single body within our jurisdiction
As your concerns include several of the above areas, we are unable to take this matter forward.
You may wish to contact the following organisations, depending on the aspects of your complaint:
Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC): www.policeconduct.gov.uk
Financial Ombudsman Service (for complaints about banks): www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk
If you have a complaint about a UK government department or the NHS that you have already raised with them and received a final response, you are welcome to contact us again with those details.
Please note there are some important details about how we use your information at the bottom of this email.
As an independent organisation there are limitations to what we can and can’t achieve at the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO). Before deciding whether to bring your complaint to us, please visit our website to see what we can and can't help with to ensure your expectations align with our achievable outcomes. Also, please visit our website to see how we deal with complaints.
Remember to quote your unique reference in the subject of this email when sending us correspondence.
Please note, PHSO aims to review and respond to any correspondence you provide us within 10 working days.
Kind Regards
