I have been on the register for the role of Count Officer together with my wife Rashmi Panigrahi, me from the year 2005, but in the very recent past have not been called upon to provide these services.

I am not a member of a political party that is registered with the Election Commission, although for my investigative journalism had developed the idea of https://theconservativelibertarianpartyoftheunitedkingdom.com  

I am hereby applying to be on the list of people who Medway Council require to assist at Elections both at the issuing and counting the postal votes and at the Count Centre on the night of the election date given this background.

Does my journalism as linked above bar me from being employed by Medway Council?
