The email seems to be written as if it is on behalf of the Chief Constable of Kent Police in settlement of the damages claim for £3.5 million to me but Kent Police has not made any such payments as things stand.
So the proceedings must continue at the Court of Appeal for a Hearing as soon as this can be arranged by the Court.
I thank you and pardon me for thinking ahead for I have a meeting with my GP Surgery tomorrow, Tuesday, 30 August 2022 to assess my mental state and medication review.
