Dear Sirs
With respect to the attached Speeding Offence, the attached email (FrAskHRReSainsbury(Solved)14Nov2022.docx) from Ask Hr representing the Central London County Court is totally unacceptable as a solution to the Arrest matter of 24 November 2021 and the Speeding Offence that I have not denied may have taken place but it is the conduct of the Police since in the correspondence that was entered into that Is the issue at stake on both the above cited incidents. Speeding2ShantanuPanigrahi5Oct2022.pdf; Speeding6Oct2022ShantanuPanigrahi.pdf, as this is the government of the United Kingdom that has been perpetrating the Hate Crime on me and my family here in the United Kingdom, as evidenced from a lack of response from KMPTPALs to the attached delivery: ToMicheleWitne(KMPTPALS(Victimisation from State Authorities13Nov2022.docx.
I have said it before and I repeat it now: I was arrested and terrorised by Kent Police to cover up for the Central London County Court as stated in my Defence document, and everything that has transpired to date since that fateful date was designed to reduce me to rags as a destitute in this country. That is why your conduct in the specific matter of the Speeding needs also needs to go before a Court of law where it is considered. Please effect this process or processes immediately.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
