North Kent Magistrates Court

Dear Sir/Madam

I have yet to hear from the Court on my Appeal against conviction and sentencing in accordance with the linked matter: https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/appeal-against-conviction-and-sentencing-10-november-2023-2-pm-trial

Yesterday I was terrorised again by a Parking Penalty of £100 by Holiday Inn through its agents as attached: HolidayInnParkingPenalty25Apr2024.pdf; which the Central London County Court adjudicating on my Claim for £100 million from the Treasury of the United Kingdom for having suffered 26 years of terrorism by Victims of Panigrahi Association acting on behalf of the University of Greenwich by its own admission, police brutality, victimisation for my religion, obstruction of justice and perverting the course of justice against me; has ignored following 14 months of the adjournment of the Hearing of my Appeal on 20 January 2023 to determine the legitimacy of my plea: see CenLonCtyCrtCircuitJudge(CASE PROGRESSION CLARIFICATION)1MAY2024.docx in respect of the Notice of Hearing attached: CenLonCtyCrt(NOTICEOFHEARINGOFAPPLICATION.pdf.

Holiday Inn is not acknowledging my email sent very promptly as you will note in the attached: HolidayInnRochersterJobInterviewParking.doc. which is further evidence of criminal conspiracy against me.

These then as your Honour may be aware are my mitigating factors for the Appeal against Conviction and Sentencing on the Speeding Offence of 5 October 2022.

I should be grateful since the Appeal Form was submitted to the Court for a new Trial Date to take account of these mitigating circumstances.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
