In reference to that attached proceedings: ToProfessionalStandardsKentPolice&CentLonCtyCrt_CO/999/23&E35YM00)23Mar2024; I had said that the Acer Desk top computer returned to us was damaged and it has now been sent for repairs t(£75 already paid in advance) to Currys for which there will be costs that Kent Police should foot the bill for. In addition the value of the 3 laptops that were seized by Kent Police is now also to be reimbursed by Kent Police along with the 3 Mobile Phones that had also been seized during the investigations from September 2021 to 19 January 2024.

I am not prepared to accept that the United Kingdom is a Surveillance Society that the Security Services and the Courts can do anything they please to inflict injustices on law-abiding citizens like me.

Accordingly, these matters require a Report from Kent Police now that DS Mish Muchemwa has not contacted me about the complaint investigation of C0/999/23.

Following the lack of acknowledgement from the recipients of the communications sent my me over the past 48 hours as linked here: https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/forum/general-discussion/the-final-pieces-of-the-jigsaw-puzzle-falls-into-place;Â I am concluding that in the United Kingdom everyone is under Police surveillance and investigations sometimes formal as in my case and normally informal. The Stop and Search policy of the State is but a manifestation of this state of affairs.

I have now come to terms with this assessment on this Saturday morning and unless Kent Police has something to add to this statement, I would like to let the matter rest.
