Dear Sirs

In respect of the attached communication to Kent Police and Santander Bank: ToKentPolice(Hate Crimes against Me)5Aug2023.docx, please consider the fact that I had marked my application as being of ‘Immediate Urgency’ for the Duty Judge for the reason that I do need to know if am required to attend the Bail appointments at Medway Police Station on 28 September 2023, 1600 hours and 10 October 2023, 1600 hours, if the matter that I am allegedly suspected of is considered to be a criminal offence of malicious communications and stalking; and in addition to which whether I am obliged to attend the Hearing of 10 November 2023 at 2.00 pm at North Kent Magistrates Court sitting at Medway Magistrates Court on a Speeding Offence summons to court as attached (LetterfromNKMCHearingTrial10Nov2023_2pm.pdf); or whether all of these issues have rightly been submitted by me as a civil litigation Claimant at the Central London County Court under Claim E35YM660.for consideration.

Thank you

Yours sincerely

To

Kent Police

Dear Sir

I wish Kent Police to reconsider that criminals that I reported to Kent Police are not a matter for Kent Police to investigate and bring to justice, whether there was a conspiracy that they were acting on or were acting individually.

Despite the warning that I issued to Santander Bank (that had 'embezzled' the finances of the Conservative Libertarian Party of the United Kingdom two years ago when I wished to change the name of my Current Account to TCLP-UK, and substantial amounts of money were extracted from the account by persons unknown) as linked here: You have an important new document to read (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/you-have-an-important-new-document-to-read the Bank has terrorised me again this morning in contempt of Court with the following email:

You have an important new document to read (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/your-new-statement-is-ready-to-view

My suspicion is that this email was sent as the outcome of conspiracy between the Judges at the Central London County Court and the Bank in respect of an application that I submitted for a reconsideration of the Claim E35YM660 as linked here:
