Dear Sirs
As I finished preparing my Skeleton Argument and Bundle combined into a single document as attached SKELETON ARGUMENTS AND BUNDLE FOR APPLICATION HEARING E35YM660 (20 JANUARY 2022).pdf, Bethany of Patterson Law telephoned me and wished to talk about setting me up with the process of recruiting a barrister to represent me at the Hearing because I personally can no longer attend having Caring commitments towards my wife during the day and having to take our daughter to her workplace in Maidstone HMP, but an anomaly arose in the document that the Court sent me that is marked on the attached: Notice of Hearing Error in Date E35YM660.pdf.
Firstly I did not submit any application to the Central London County Court in 2022, and the Court might be referring to the Application Notice that I had submitted in June of 2021. Please clarify by sending me a copy of my own Application Notice as Kent Police has confiscated our desk-top computer, USB Memory Stick, Amazon Fire and Mobile phone since 24 November 2021 when it arrested me (repeat arrest on 23 November 2022) which contain all my Claim Forms and Application Notices, as well as all the VOPA sent criminal anonymous emails that I require to present before the Circuit Judge.
Secondly, who are the Parties attending the Hearing of 20 January 2022?
Thirdly, is this Hearing coinciding with or being compromised by a Court Hearing to which I am summoned by Kent Police on the Speeding Offence of 5 October 2022; or on the malicious emails matter of the two arrests or are all these matters part of the consideration of the Circuit Judge to be disposed of simultaneously. So what precisely is on the agenda for this Hearing?
