Dear Kent Police
Please let the officer dealing with the matter know how sorry I am that my mental illness for which I have lost many jobs and spent time in rehabilitation in mental hospitals has caused so much aggravation and wasted police and Court time over the past 26 years. I have been an idealist but now know that neither is there anything to be idealistic towards that my religion of Hinduism was channelling my actions for, one needs to fit in and live a productive life in employment instead of seeking the ideal justice which I realise now is a false notion in that each country devises its own judicial and law enforcement system to meet the needs of the population as a whole and not for the exceptional conservative libertarian that I have been. I have learnt this lesson and abandoning those ideals for they may well be false ideals, who is to judge. The only evidence that I have to go by is that two years since I formed my Foundation of The Conservative Libertarian Society with its political offshoots here in the United Kingdom and in America I did not get a single member signing up to the cause, so it is effectively debunked as not fit for this country or anywhere else on Earth. The process made me a target of Trolls who terrorised me to make our family life hell.
My apologies again.

At my arrest interview conclusion of 13 July 2023 held at Maidstone Police Station under the supervision of DC Field, she said that the Stalking, harassment and malicious communications offences of which I am suspected and bailed to appear at Medway Police Station on 28 September 2023 16.00 hours and 10 October 2023 at 1600 hours respectively, will now go to the Crown Prosecution Service for advice on whether there was any evidence that an offence had been committed by me that Kent Police will prosecute with a summons to court in light of the attached concerns of mine: ToDCKatieFieldccLegalOmbudsmanCEDR(QUOTEKrishna)OlivesSolicitors15Jul2023.docx; ToLegalOmbudsman(Thank you for your enquiryOlivesSolicitors)15Jul2023.docx.
Has Kent Police received the appropriate advice from the Crown Prosecution Service, and if so could you let me know the present situation regarding this investigation of the offences for which I am suspected.
Thank you very much
