Justify your incessant attacks on me with a comprehensive account of what I have done wrong over the past 25 years since I was unceremoniously ejected from my scientific job by the University of Greenwich with not a penny in severance payment, although £20,000 was offered to me without prejudice and I rejected that offer with a counter proposal to have my career in the Natural Resources Institute restored. Had I not been unfairly put before a kangaroo court of the University of Greenwich I would have received my roughly £55,000 in redundancy payment if the University was intent on making 100 staff redundant as this was the case. Such criminality was aggravated by the fact that the University was deliberately distorting my mental condition of severe depression with psychotic features as Dr Rao of BUPA had diagnosed in the summer of 1998 into more of persistent delusional disorder and paranoid schizophrenia. I was the victim of concerted attacks on me by colleagues and senior management most importantly for accusing me of seeking project funds under false pretences. This matter will not go away for as long as I live, and I intend to live fruitfully and productively in the United Kingdom until I die.
That is point number one. Second point is you have said in the past that Victims of Panigrahi Association was convened 25 years ago while I worked at the Natural Resources Institute so you were the persecutor and not the victim of my continuous struggle for justice. Why did you insert yourself in Claim E35YM660, the litigation that I took out against the Prime Minister of the day Mrs Theresa May: answer me that. To me it is all very clear. VOPA was a fictitious organisation set up by the State Security Services under the direction of COBRA and all the two thousand odd criminal anonymous emails that I and my associates in Sainsburys, bp, Tesco and Britton House, as well as Wigmore Medical Centre and Long Catlis Road Surgery were all designed to make my life useless and pointless to the point of rendering me a destitute in this country. Your associates were Nitin Bhardwaj, Fritz Wuehler, Sivaji Panesar, Cherie, Ed Mulhouse and Egregious C. You also garnered troops to victimise me from the United States of America of which the Federal Bureau of Investigation was the chief culprit. Why did you do this to me?
I never sent out any criminal anonymous emails through dizum, Nomen Nescio, Remailer Austria and the like to anyone and you got Kent Police to pretend to the world that it was I who was sending such emails instead of you.. What harm had I done to you to deserve this.
You say that the authorities will take steps to sort me out: That was Barry Blake's comments to me when I was still in my job at the Natural Resources Institute. I am still surviving here in the United Kingdom, even after all the annoying steps you took to make me stateless through your interventions in our Greek and India holidays a few years ago. I still have my United Kingdom passport and it is still valid. No one has the right to take it away from me. As soon as my wife recovers from her back injury we will go on holidays, and I will use this passport to enable me to travel overseas.
I am not concerned about what you have written to the Speaker of the House of Commons: the fact that he did not reply to my two emails speaks volumes that he is part of the State-organised conspiracy to torture me. Ignore the loud and incessant ravings of Mr Panigrahi. They signify nothing. He is quite mad and has been sectioned twice and officially classified as a lunatic on at least seven occasions.

Thus, we are confident you will leave handling him to the professionals at this sort of damnably unpleasant business, as well as to the police. We would appreciate you not humouring him with any

He brought matters to a head by including, in his published book ''Dealing With International Criminals'', the home addresses of a lawyer retained to defend Kent Police from his inmeritorious and incomprehensible claims, of several staff at his local clinical commissioning group at the NHS and several lady police officers.
His intention is to cause a maximum of distress while blaming everyone except himself.
His name including aliases are already entered in the central databases so he cannot gain entry to the Commons, etcetera.
Rest assured, in a few months Panigrahi will no longer be in a position to ever again trouble anyone besides volunteers like his unfortunate family when or if they come to visit.

Since the year 2000, I have contacted successive Speakers to highlight my plight and gone through the rigours of the legal and medical processes of the State to find that 25 years since I was dismissed from the University of Greenwich for an offence of gross misconduct towards colleagues and senior management that I strenuously denied, I was castigated as mentally subnormal and ended up in State mental hospitals on two occasions, the first in 2004 and the second in 2008 for protesting this innocence in the Civil and criminal courts of the United Kingdom and elsewhere internationally.
This evening I find that nothing has changed, and I am still owed severance payment of �,000 from the University of Greenwich while the Court of Central London awarded costs to the Defendant Mrs
Theresa May and successors for litigating against the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom under Claim E35YM660.
I was terrorised and harassed by organised syndicate of criminals from a decade ago and this intensified when I took Kent Police to task under Claim HQ17X01773 at the Kings Bench division of the High Court and the Administrative Court under Claim CO/1680/2002. I received over a thousand criminal anonymous emails and these were sent to my colleagues at the workplace, my consultant psychiatrist at Britton House and my GP Surgeries and associated institutions.
Then between September 15th 2021 and 24 November 2021 I was interrogated and arrested by Kent Police for allegedly sending malicious emails to various people most notably Katrina Sale of the
Conservative and Unionist Party as well as to staff of BLM Law through dizum, Nomen Nescio, and Remailer anonymous servers. The Police took away our desk-top computer, Amazon Fire, US [remainder of message body omitted; too large]
