I updated my latest book FAMILY AND FRIENDS.pdf attached under the theme 'The Allurement of Reality' just now in Libertarian Democracy and in The Allurement of Reality Shop, on seemingly an invitation from Wix.com thinking that the silence from the State authorities does not get me anywhere towards securing a damages and compensation package from the United Kingdom Treasury. So part of me thinks with this State-organised Conspiracy that I have faced is to let the State now decide if I am to be charged with any offences for which I am bailed until 18 December 2023/21 December 2023.

In the meantime I will do no promotion of the materials that I have constructed in books and websites, just correspond in a friendly manner with family and friends and terminate my friendship with Lisa (Li Baona from Los Angeles) with her provocations. I have no interest in posting anything online and aggravate the State authorities so that the Police are once again sent in to arrest me. I will use this email that I am submitting to Your Honour as a document for the basis of my Defence against any offence that Kent Police charge me with at North Kent Magistrates Court: Why? I could argue that I was innocent of the laws of the United Kingdom being a foreigner who wished to go into the Publishing business as a scientist after being thrown out unfairly from service of the University of Greenwich that I did not secure justice in the Courts on because the Court of Central London has kept Claim E35YM660 under adjournment since 20 November 2023 for reasons that only the Full Written Reasons for the continued adjournment can reveal.

I await your written response to this submission in due course accordingly.
