(a) Circuit Judge

Central London County Court

(b) Kent Police Force Control

Your Honour,

I was distressed with the silence following the insertion of the following text in my Diary:

'At 10.46 am the Mobile Phone rang from a Leeds Spam Caller (0133 468 6865) I did not answer it but reported it a Spam thereby blocking the number, if the Courts or Kent Police contact me with further proceedings against me I will ask them to investigate this caller as a victimiser/stalking harasser.'

I thought Kent Police will react to it from the fact that it was reported through my computer entry into 'ONLY TRUTH IS RISK-FREE.docs' but not a word has been conveyed to me, particularly in regard to the present deliberations on the attached Notice from the Central London County Court: CenLonCtyCrtNOTICEOFHEARINGOFAPPLICATION).pdf.

Please inform me of the current state of progress in this matter, as to who is responsible.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

PS: Your Honour, I have stopped receiving the Central London Judiciary autoreplies very recently and neither did I receive the usual autoreplies from Rehman Chishti, the Attorney General, Maidstone Crown Court and East Kent Magistrates Court, for some strange reason that would come out during the Hearing of this matter whether this Hearing takes place at the Central London County Court or some criminal court where I might be required to defend against unknown offence(s).
