Dear Doctor Shantanu Panigrahi,
I've taken the liberty of writing to you, I have had persistent problems with this "Nic" at the Medway County Court. Nic, who claims to be the Court Clerk as you can read later, interferes in every way to block civil litigation that isn't to Nic's liking.
Nic thwarts, gives wrong legal advice though claiming it is not legal advice which court staff are prohibited from giving, delays and frustrates things, misrepresents judge's opinions and rulings, and runs riot without judicial supervision.
Long ago I searched for Nic @ Medway County Court and found your articles including one where you identify Nic as Nic Gould. This isn't correct. While Nic is very secretive about her gender and full name, just see the obstruction in the correspondence below, which doesn't surprise me because
of all the illegalities Nic commits with impunity.

It is a coincidence that we both have experienced very similar difficulties due to this rogue public servant who is apparently unaccountable and untouchable and sees it as her job to interfere with matters that are none of her concern.
Googleing today, I noticed you've recently experienced extra botheration due to Nic refusing to comply with your reasonable and lawful request to reinitiate, trying to extort from you another 345 quid on a new N1 maybe.
The emailchain I now present is a small fraction, over just one or two days, of the poor service, untruthfulness and obstruction I encountered with Nic. You may have the whole correspondence, nearly one hundred to and fro emails, the later ones getting insolent, if you want.

I am a Clerk of the Court or Court Officer and I am merely giving you procedural advice as the Judge will not normally allow applications if made in an informal manner.
Your paperwork was sent to the Judge who commented as follows; Upon the Court considering the document filed by the defendant Mr Robert White. Upon the Court noting that this purports to be an application to set aside the order dated 13th August 2018. Upon the Court noting that a formal
application has not been made. The Court is not prepared to accept this as an application. For the avoidance of doubt the order dated the 13th August 2018 remains in force.

I don’t see how whether I am legally trained or not is of any concern. I was enquiring what the issues were with the orders. To “void” your bankruptcy, you must apply to the Court to annul your bankruptcy but you would have to complied with the Official receiver beforehand as the matter has gone beyond the Court order.

and so on. When I tried to get information about the identity of Nic, wrong information was deliberately provided to me that it was Nicholas Tubbs, born 10 May 1967. I located this Nic via companies-house information since he is ceo of COURT ENFORCEMENT SERVICES LTD (08397825), PHOENIX COMMERCIAL
(ENFORCEMENT) HOLDINGS LIMITED (09028169) and OUTSOURCING UK LIMITED
(10280945), but when I confronted him, it was strenuously denied. Further
investigation suggested Nic is a woman and is a co-conspirator with Kent
Police.
This could explain or clarify some things to you?
Otherwise it is extraordinary that it has been allowed to do all this damage and not been fired long ago or even compelled to reveal its identity. It may be that it is the person or one of the persons who've been harassing you for ages per your blogs or thwarting you exposing them?
I hope you will email me and perhaps we can work out something to stop miscarriages of justice occurring at Medway County Court due to this out of control interfering nuisance blockaging individual, who caused me a few hundred thousand pounds of losses.
Even though it is long journey for me, two years ago I went to the court building unannounced and uninvited and asked to speak to 'Nic' the Court Clerk. I immediately found there was a wideranging conspiracy because two administrative counter staff attacked me with a barrage of questions, would
not give me any information or undertake to relay my request for information. When I remained firm they threatened to baselessly notify the police for public order offences which would be punished more severely if committed in a court building so I abandoned my attempt. I tried to lodge a complaint with the police but was given a cold shoulder.
After that anonymous online attacks on me began and I believe it was by or on behalf of 'Nic'. You can find them online because the attacker, who used many different false identities including hucknallred, longdog, Arthur Wank-Spittle etc and called me Robert 'Crab Bait' White and said I was going to lose my houses. I know still is. Even when I closed my website the persecution continued.
I have no objection to you publishing this email or even copying it to this Anonymous 'Nic' Without Surname and better still also those in HMCTS who have the power to discipline and dismiss it from service, and compensate us not only for the time lost but also the opportunity cost and the damage it has done to us.
It should be prosecuted for misfeasance in public office, and if possible also for stalking, harassment, malicious communications and libels, aided and abetted by Kent Police and Medway Judges who shield it and permit the Court Clerk to be an anonymous person who covertly publishes abuse at
