Dear Sirs

A white van just came up to the front of our driveway as I finished smoking a cigarette, and blew its horn at me. I looked at two young lads in the car. They muttered something to themselves looking towards me and then drove off. I believe that these young boys were responding to the following message linked for your consideration under CO/999/23:

If Kent Police does not apprehend the two boys for questioning under caution is this something that can be included in my Police and Crime Commissioner's suggestion that I need to go to the official Kent Police website to file the complaint?
