Dear IOPC
I will not use the post to pursue my allegation that the IOPC has conspired with Kent Police and the State Establishment by extension to denigrate and damage my reputation. It is wholly wrong of the IOPC to suggest that I have sent you any abusive emails, if you have received these they were engineered by MI5/MI6 by hacking my email account to then get you to restrict my complaints against Kent Police through the IOPC. There has been a systematic criminal conspiracy against me at the North Kent Magistrates Court in the processing of the Speeding Offence and the stalking and malicious communications matter as attached LetterfromNKMCHearingTrial10Nov2023_2pm.pdf; FrNorthKentMagistratesCourt(Hearing of 1 June 2023 10 adjourned 27May2023.docx
The complaint as attached stands.Proceedings Update with Kent Police (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/proceedings-update-with-kent-police
As I have said to you in my last email, you need to apologise to me for saying that I have sent you emails of abusive content.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Hello Dr Shantanu Panigrahi,
I am writing to you regarding your recent contact with the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC).
In regards to your recent email contact with the IOPC, we have noted instances of abusive language towards our staff. The IOPC will not tolerate behaviour of this nature towards our staff. It is for this reason we have chosen to restrict your contact with the Customer Contact Centre (CCC).
Your telephone and email contact is now fully restricted; you will be unable to contact us via telephone or email, any calls from you will be terminated and emails will be filed with no further action.
You may still write to the IOPC via the post. However, please be advised we may place further restrictions if we deem it necessary in the future.
Kind regards
