Dear Sirs

I sent the attached email to my Duty Solicitors Olives Solicitors yesterday evening: ToRavina&Doton(Criminal Law MatterUpdate)7Jul2023.docx, but as predicted I did not receive a reply. However, I did get a criminal anonymous Spamming Phone call tat 9.31 on this Saturday morning into my Mobile Phone from 0151 601 1857..I read it as an acknowledgment that all is well.

Is this really the State of the United Kingdom drawing a line under the stalking, harassment and malicious communications matter that I am suspected of having committed? If so, where does that leave me with having to attend the Bail Appointment of 28 September 2023 at 16.00 hours?

Please let me know if the Bail has effectively been squashed by the State authorities, and if so whether i will now receive an apology and due compensation payment.
