You asked for any further information that I had in your email today ( 6 May 2024, 17:11) and this specific company Vitali-Chi has been terrorising me for a just over a year since I sought a second opinion from a private psychotherapist Jill Jesson to determine whether I was really mentally disordered in some way for the history of my capture by Dover Police to be taken straight to a mental hospital and getting sectioned in 2004 has from what the idiots described as persistent delusional disorder to cover-up the State organised persecution on me when I was just trying to access justice (repeat incarceration in 2008) and subsequently another idiot Consultant Psychiatrist in the Care in the Community provisions of the National health Service said that I was paranoid schizophrenic need to be taken into account; for as I have always maintained, I am not just the sanest person on Earth living today but the sanest who has ever walked on the face of the planet.
I had 7-8 Sessions of psychotherapy from Jill Jesson and she was another of the idiotic medic who said that I had a split mind and needed hypnotherapy and other forms of self-control. I accused Jill Jesson as being part of the State-organised persecutors and this email that I warned the company not to send me has just been sent to pervert the course of justice as if I should contact Jill Jesson on WhatsApp as a mental patient.
I hope that I have now provided you with all the details to take over the private prosecution at North Kent Magistrates Court on the same contractual arrangement that we had previously. However do bear in mind that I am on State pension now to go with my private pension so would have to pay you for your services on instalments if you would be so kind as to agree to this proposal.

1. The private prosecution of Kent Police and the Prime Minister were launched without your assistance at East Kent Magistrates Court and Maidstone Crown Court by myself directly; East Kent Magistrates Court considered the original issue of summons on the Chief Constable of Kent Police and issued a Judgment that I had not provided sufficient clarification or information on the matter. I appealed but could not find the Case Number on which the summons was decided because Kent Police had seized all our computers and USB Memory Disks at the time containing those details. Then I got diverted by incessant criminal anonymous emails that were fired at me, my associates in the United Kingdom including my wife, and relatives in India. I took out an injunction against the Chief Constable of Kent Police to stop the Police Force terrorising me with arrests from 15 September 2021 onwards together with a Money Claims but due to procedural problems arising from my lack of expertise the Medway County Court stopped responding to my Claim under J00ME572. I will now be able to find the details as Kent Police has returned our computers and three laptops as well as the 4 USB Memory Sticks and 3 Mobile Phones and the alleged stalking and sending of malicious emails were not pursued by Kent Police against me in the end for reasons only known to them. I have my own speculation. The original Claim against Kent Police had been lodged in the Kings Bench of the High Court under Claim No HQ17X01773, but without a Defence being submitted to the Court by the Defendant Master Eastman ruled that I had not provided sufficient clarification of what the Particulars of Claim were. I appealed, but no replies came.
2. As regards the Claim that I lodged at the Central London County Court under Claim E35YM660 that I also requested you to intervene on a Hearing was announced in December 2022 for 20 January 2023 to hear my Appeal but despite months of representations that I made to the Circuit Judge for a Summary Judgment or Directions for further Hearings the Court did not reply to a single one of emails. The original Application Notice that I submitted to the Court challenge all of the Judge’s rulings since Claim inception was submitted on 21/13 June 2021, soon after I was ordered to pay the Costs of the Defendant of £4170.
3. Until the Full Written Reasons for the following proceedings are made available to me the private prosecution and litigation must continue:
(a) Why the Injunction against Kent Police at Medway County Court failed.
(b) Why East Kent Magistrates Court could not find the Case Number for the private prosecution of the Chief Constable of Kent Police from its own records.
(c) Why the stalking and harassment that I was held as a suspect on by Kent Police on 5+2 occasions was considered a criminal matter and not a civil matter.
(d) Why Maidstone Crown Court would not facilitate my counter-prosecution against Kent Police from 2017 onwards.
(e) Why the matter of my Claim against Wigmore Medical Centre in the first of two Claims that I lodged at the County Courts Money Claims Centre never got past the initial hurdle of approval.
(f) Why I was told by the Central London County Court that the Hearing that was presided over by District Judge Lightman would be a Pre-Trial Hearing on me.
(g) Why the North Kent Magistrates Court never entertained my application for overturning the Bail conditions imposed on me by Kent Police.
(h) Why the Charge Refused Certificate from Kent Police attached (ChargeRefusedCertificationfromKentPolice-1.pdf) are entirely different from the original offences of Stalking and sending Malicious Communications.
4. If you can find out the answers to this at the eleventh hour, that would go some way towards me withdrawing my complaint against you at the Legal Ombudsman.

In view of your silence concerning the £3000 that I paid the Firm with a contractual agreement for a private prosecution against Kent Police in the Magistrates Court or the Crown Court, but you did not act quickly enough for my purposes I asked you to refund that money; following which you refused to get involved in the civil litigation against the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom in Central London County Court under Claim E35YM660 wherein I demanded £100 million in damages and compensation for the 26 years that I suffered from defrauding me of my severance payment of £55,000 by the University of Greenwich, MI5 engineered trolling terrorism under the guise of Victims of Panigrahi Association, police brutality by Kent Police, North Yorkshire Police, West Yorkshire Police, the Independent Office for Police Conduct, terrorism through Banks and Institutions such as Employment Business, The Financial Services Ombudsman, The Parliamentary and Health Services Ombudsman, persecution for being a Hindu, intensive perverting of the course of justice and obstruction of justice; I put it to you that you were well aware that both Police authorities and the other security services were above the law and your demand for £3000 to lead me astray was perverse.
