The Judgment of the Maidstone Crown Court just received by me is that there was no criminal offence(s) committed by me that Kent Police has been investigating me as a suspect since September 2021 and on which I had sought an injunction at Medway County Court on the Chief Constable of Kent Police. This Judgment has seemingly taken account of the attached email that I sent the North Kent Magistrates Court, East, Kent Magistrates Court, Maidstone Crown Court and Kent Police ToNorthKentMagEastKentMagMaidstonKentPolice(SubpoenaBrazilandMoldava)8May2023.docx; and directs that the Claim be heard at Medway County Court instead of the Central London County Court.
Is there any need for subpoenas to be issued to the Government of Brazil and the Government of Moldova to establish their association with MI5 of the United Kingdom on the extensive nature of the Cyber Warfare waged against me over the past 6 years at the rescheduled Hearing at Medway County Court that is now well overdue?

Kent Police operates on the basis of secrecy as you can imagine from the abrupt response that I received this morning on this Coronation Day.
I am seeking £10 million from the UK Treasury for it is my belief that there is no evidence that the Moldovan State Security Services engaged in Cyber warfare on me and that insertion into the proceedings should be understood as a diversionary tactic of MI5 acting to the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.
Kindly expedite proceedings on the attached Notice of Hearing CenLonDtyCrt (NOTICE OF HEARING OF APPLICATION).pdf accordingly before Kent Police continue with its criminal actions on me to pervert justice in the processing of the allegations that I was and still am a suspect in the alleged matters of harassment, blogging and malicious communications..

Will take place at 10.00 AM on the 20 January 2023 at the County Court at Central London, Thomas More Building, Royal Courts Of Justice, Strand, London, WC2A 2LL.
Time Estimate 1 hour IN PERSON before a Circuit Judge
LISTING POLICY: The court’s listing policy is determined by the senior judge and implemented by staff in accordance with his directions. Your case may not be allocated to a judge until the day of the hearing, and may have to wait in the unassigned list until a judge becomes available to hear it. Every effort will be made to ensure that your case is heard at this or another convenient court. If it is not
possible to provide a judge to hear your case, the court and Her Majesty’s Court and Tribunal Service will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the absence of any departure from listing policy due to maladministration.
Parties should be aware that this case may be one of several cases that have been listed to commence at this time. This may mean that your case will not be called immediately at the time scheduled, but may be heard later in the day. We will try to ensure that if your case is listed in the morning it is heard by 1 pm and if your case is listed in the afternoon it is heard by 4 pm. In some cicrcumstances it is possible that your hearing could overrun. You and any witnesses should therefore be available until the end of these periods or even later.
If there are special reasons why this is inconvenient you may make a short notice application to a circuit judge to adjourn. Ordinary inconvenience arising from the fact of being in the unassigned list will not be sufficient reason for an adjournment, nor will the fact that both parties agree to an adjournment.

The purpose of this email is serve notice to Kent Police that I anticipated being charged with offence(s) in view of the email that I received from Enquiries at Kent Police at 7.14 am this morning and no further progress since and for this reason I have submitted the outline of my Defence to North Kent Magistrates Court which will be elaborated on at the trial Hearing by me without any legal representation.
Should Kent Police decide to charge me at East Kent Magistrates Court or Maidstone Crown Court instead the two courts have also been informed.
