Dear Stripe
My Case should not be on hold by Stripe because I have done everything humanly possible to fulfil the legal requirements of the law on these matters and need to make progress with my Company as well as the Appeal, the details of which you will find in the attachment to this email: APPEAL PROCESS BEGINS-digital.pdf
The Supreme Court of the United Kingdom has not contacted me about this matter so I presume that the Case remains for adjudication purposes with the District Judge at the Medway County Court.
Up until the time that the Court authorities from any of the possible venues contact me the work of the Company, 'The Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited' with the two Membership Accounts at Stripe Bank for JOIN IT and BRILLIANT DIRECTORIES should be allowed to continue without hindrance from yourselves; or else it will amount to contempt of Court.
In case Stripe disagrees with this deduction and retains the two the two Membership Accounts on 'hold', I am requesting the District Judge herewith to issue an emergency injunction immediately pending the full administration of the full Appeal at Medway County Court.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
