Following my Assessment appointment at Britton House yesterday 12 January 2023, I was told that I could not see a Consultant Psychiatrist who could diagnose my current state of mind as the system has changed in Britton House and there were no Psychiatrists available nor any Care Coordinators any more.
Please let me know if I am to receive a final document from the Community Mental Health Team in this regard to establish whether I should continue with my present medications of risperidone (4 mg daily) Sertraline (150 mg daily) and Depakote (1000 mg daily).

I am unable to keep this appointment, as there are legal issues at play which need to sort themselves out. Jill's evidence will be important for the Court to consider on 20 January 2023
I had on a number of occasions requested some kind of refund of the Fee that I paid it is best if you make a decision now on what if anything that I am due from the £246.40 that I paid for 6 lessons.
As this Link indicates Britton House is due to contact me on Monday 16 January with a follow up appointment which may be a telephone contact and I will then know if I remain a psychiatric patient suffering from anything between paranoid schizophrenia that I am receiving mediations for currently to persistent delusional disorder, or Bipolar with delusions, depression, autism or personality disorder that has lasted the better part of 25 years apparently so that they will tell me if it is congenital or some form of aggressive and impatience trait that Jill feels more accurately describes my condition mentally.
I will keep you informed but diagnosis comes before psychotherapy, and Jill has said she does not do medical diagnosis.
