1. The way the persecutors operate: the following two incidents occurred as continuing terrorism on me:
The Mobile Phone rang from a Spam caller at 09.14 am dialling from 0121 732 9548.
The Mobile Phone rang from a Spam caller at 09.39 am dialling from 01293 208484.
2. The lack of a response directly from the Administrative Court intimated of these proceedings as below might indicate that the State is showing me two fingers that I will not achieve justice for my sins as it perceives these to have been from the secrecy of the State-operations.

I have been victimised, persecuted, terrorised, justice was obstructed, and perverted against me for 26 years of my adult life in the United Kingdom, and I sought damages and compensation of £4 million from the UK Treasury for enduring this suffering.
That just about sums it up.
Hope RKB Lawyers can do something about it for me towards this end through a Judicial Review of legal proceedings hitherto.
