You may think that this is Amazing, but that is premature.
I have never been charged with any offences by the State of the United KIngdom be it on Stalking or sending Malicious Communications to people and institutions albeit I am held on bail on these allegations for which I am a suspect according to Kent Police. I paid the Fine of £100 in total immediately on line at the web address given.
I had pleaded guilty in the end but I do not know if this outcome constitutes a criminal offence. I do not think it does. I did not wish the matter to go to trial but accepted the decision of the Magistrates reluctantly as the correct procedures were not followed. I should have been allowed to correspond with the Single Point of Justice Procedure. So I do not consider myself to have a criminal record.
