Dear Amazon

You may think that this is Amazing, but that is premature.

I have never been charged with any offences by the State of the United KIngdom be it on Stalking or sending Malicious Communications to people and institutions albeit I am held on bail on these allegations for which I am a suspect according to Kent Police. I was summoned to a Trial at North Kent Magistrates Court on 10 November 2023 pm for a Speeding Offence of having travelled on a dual carriageway near Maidstone in Kent at 60 mph instead of the Speed limit of 50 mph, and I appeared before three Magistrates at Medway Magistrates Court and was duly fined £100 with the endorsement of 3 points on my licence, as linked here: Court Order received from North Kent Magistrates Court on Fine and Points on my Driving Licence (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/court-order-received-from-north-kent-magistrates-court-on-fine-and-points-on-my-driving-licence

Court Order received from North Kent Magistrates Court on Fine and Point...

I paid the Fine of £100 in total immediately on line at the web address given.

I had pleaded guilty in the end but I do not know if this outcome constitutes a criminal offence. I do not think it does. It was just a fine on a civil matter as I would have had to pay Kent Police when I received the Conditional Fixed Penalty Notice acknowledged as linked here: Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty Number (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/conditional-offer-of-fixed-penalty-number

Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty Number

Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty Number 2 Yahoo / Sent Shantanu Panigrahi <shantanupanigrahi@yahoo.com> To: CP...

I did not wish the matter to go to trial but accepted the decision of the Magistrates reluctantly as the correct procedures were not followed. I should have been allowed to correspond with the Single Point of Justice Procedure. So I do not consider myself to have a criminal record.

Yours sincerely
