Further to my previous communications to the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom and the Supreme Court of India I have questioned the CCMCC today on the legality and implications of the Restraining Order of sorts that amounts to a blockade on me: FrShanPanigrahi(CAE)MedicalCentres21Sep2022.docx with no reply: I did not receive any emails or telephone calls either from any of the concerned parties with a definitive and substantive response..
As I try and do something positive with my life tentatively as attached: ToKiranSharma(SEO)JudgeHarvey22Sep2022.docx; ToMihikaThakur(Website Designing)Blockade22Sep2022.docx, it would appear that the entire world has been ordered by the District Judge Harvey to have no contacts with me.
It may be legal, but Is this fair in terms of the Human Rights Act? And what happened to the Injunction against Kent Police that I applied for with the £332 Court Fee paid and the Appeal against District Judge Lightman's Order at the Central London County Court under Claim E35YM660for which £100 Court Fee was paid and that is attached: CentralLondonCountyCourtOrder 21 June 2021 (District Judge Lightman).pdf?
