Following the decision of North Kent Magistrates Court not to facilitate my Appeal against Conviction and Sentence with regard to the Speeding offence of 5 October 2022, discharged during a Trial of myself on 10 November 2023 2 pm (Case No Dr Panigrahi 2300074226/URN 46SJ1327123) as the final outcome of those proceedings; and simultaneously, the reinstated Injunction and Money Claims against Kent Police that I undertook under Claim J00ME572 at Medway County Court not bearing fruit, I am this morning reviewing what I can do and what I cannot do lawfully as attached: Developments from 4 January 2024.pdf.I concluded by 1.54 pm that I cannot engage in any further website development measures as the Director of The Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited and promote the sales of my business produced 164eBooks at my bookshop: https://theallurementofrealityinreview.com/shop.

In this regard I am told that I was exonerated of the alleged offence of Stalking Katrina Sale, but am still waiting for your letter of apology and due compensation from the several arrests made on this specific matter. That leaves the issue of the allegation of that I was suspected of perpetrating malicious communications to educational establishments, the Independent Office for Police Conduct, bp, staff of BLM Law, the Samaritans, the University of Greenwich and a member of staff of the Solicitors Regulation Authority, all of which I denied as untrue.
