In these circumstances, I have written to Drivers Diversion to find a solution to the Speeding Offence of 5 October 2022 and would like to have clarification if this matter on the wider issues of the arrests of 24 November 2021 and 23 November 2022 is now closed given that no charges have been so far preferred by Kent Police.
