I went to attend the Branch Meeting of the 23 March 2026 at 6.50 am in the evening and was met by Mr Mark Buertello at the doorstep of the Meeting Hall. He said to me that I was not permitted to attend the Meeting which I wanted to do to determine what had been decided by the Reform Party (UK) on the investigation of the circumstances that led to my concerns that my complaints were genuine and deeply held with regard to previous communication with the Party hierarchy going back a few months.

I consider this as a fundamental denial of my Membership rights of Reform UK (Membership Number 1778455) in absolute violation of the Rule of law within the United KIngdom.

1. I was aghast at reading your email this morning as extracted below:

'This will not be discussed and i wish you would stop forcing this issue. If you wish to take it up with HQ fine but not at Branch meetings.

If you persist i would ask that you not to attend'.

2. I should advise you that there are no circumstances under which the Chairman may without due reason exert such an influence in the proceedings of the Branch Meeting as you have done.

3. I will attend the Branch Meeting on 23 March 2026 unless you rule to the contrary to seek the required nominations for implementing this Vote of No Confidence in Your position consequently.
