As I was dealing with the first of the criminal anonymous email sent to me by someone calling himself Ray Coker shown below, a second email (FrRayCoker(CAE)SpireAlexandraBenendenHospital4Aug2022b.docx) came from apparently the same source that has been copied to Medway County Court, that implies that the proceedings on Claim J00ME572 have not been discontinued. Please clarify.

Dear Mr Rafiq
1. My wife and I are in totally mental disarrray and distress upon receipt of the attached email (FrRayCoker(CAE)SpireAlexandraBenendenHospital4Aug2022.docx) late this afternoon from some anonymous troll who does not tolerate my personal religion of Vishista-advaita that subscribes to God Sri Krishna-Devi and the troll s trying to disrupt our relationship with Alexandra Hospital and Benenden Health Care.with a view to make our lives in the United Kingdom so intolerable that we would leave and go back to India. This will never happen because we have lived here for 37 years together and I have lived here for 49 years. My metntal health disorder of paranoid schizophrenia and persistent delusional disorders has been certified by the doctor (MedCertDrMwanche29Nov2021.pdf) and is the reason that Kent Police is not pursuing the attached arrest warrant from 24 Novewmber 2021 against me; and according to Orla Scanlan its Counsel they have closed the file: NorthKentPoliceReleasewithoutbail.pdf.
2. I repeat I have nothing but the utmost regard for all who work at Alexandra Hospital but have been a mental patient, have been so for 20 years so if there has been some misunderstanding based on what I had communicated to Spire Alexandra in emails, please do not hold that against us. My wife is in desperately in need of medical care at your Hospital for which the GP Surgery said that it will require 7 days from receipt of Mr Rafiq's report to consider it ine deciding whether it will make a referral to my wife's Benenden Health Care provisions for the required MRI scan or failing that we are prepared to pay the £900 to Spire Alexandra to have the Scan done at your Hospital next week. In this regard the Proforma for the MRI Scan is attached for ease of referral by Benenden Health and Spire Alexandra:Receipt_20222-08-02_113611.pdf
3. Please let me know what the period of notice is for us to be booked into the MRI Imaging Department for the MRI Scan as recommended by the doctor.
4. The attached email is a criminal anonymous email seemingly from a Ray Coker constitutes a Hate Crime against us for which reason I am copying this email to Kent Police and the Court of Appeal where Claim E35YM660 of the Central London County Court is under way for consideration by the Judge from my understanding.
