After a busy week of realisations, I have decided this morning that I simply must attend the Hearing of the 20 of January 2023 'IN PERSON' as required by the attached Notice of Hearing of Application: CenLonCty(NOTICEOFHEARINGOFAPPLICATION).pdf, as the only chance I will ever have to clear my name and restore my reputation.
As such I am giving this prior notice to Your Honour and the Defendant so that you and the Defendant may take their steps to make progress towards the resolution of this dispute.
