Dear Sirs
I understand from your emails this morning attached [FrMartyCaine(Bury)20Aug2022] that you have some grievances against me. Essentially, you beileve that I have harassed and intimidated members of VOPA through emails and legal proceedings and these may total 2000-3000 innocent law-abiding citizens of the United Kingdom over the past 24 years.
I wish to clarify that I am not going to quibble with the exact terms of the settlement. You wish me to take off my websites: as attached: SHANTANU PANIGRAHI CURRENT WEBSITES PLATFORM.docs.
I am a law-abiding citizen and if that is the overwhelming verdict of the State conveyed to me through VOPA in light of the attached deliberations of the Justices of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom ToSupremeCourtofUnitedKingdom(APPEAL OF THE DECISION OF THE COURT OF APPEAL)20Aug2022.docx, then so be it. I will comply with your request and even forego the £55,000 serverance payment oweed to me by the University of Greemwich and the Refund of £4170 that I paid as costs to the Cabinet Office in respect of Claim E35YM660.
Please let me know if this will satisfy you and bring this war to an end.
