Thank you for responding to my email below by sending two Policemen to our house today with one of them saying that you require me to attend a voluntary interview at Medway Police Station tomorrow Sunday at 2.00 pm in connection to an email although it was not clear if there was just the following email that the Police Officer was referring to or there were other malicious communications/stalking emails that I would be interviewed for.
Nonetheless, I confirm that I shall be attending the voluntary interview tomorrow and my wife will be the appropriate adult. I do not require a Solicitor.

I am hamstrung not knowing what Kent Police's intentions are on the 5-6 arrests of myself and the renewed bail until 21 December 2023 2023 for Malicious communications, but no idea on what is to be done about the Staling offence that I am also allegedly suspected of perpetrating; accordingly I was fishing in the dark with the linked communication to North Kent Magistrates Court that it has not replied to on this Saturday albeit Any Directions Now Your Honour? It is of course possible that Kent Police has decided that on both Counts, no further actions would be taken and if so this would be relief to me because we as a family are going to India for a holiday between 12 January 2023 and 13 February 2023 that Kent Police should keep in its Diary for any proceedings that might follow yet.
I have not been charged with any offences as things stand apart from the Speeding Offence of 5 October 2022 that is set for a Trial Hearing on 10 November 2023 to which I shall produce my Barclays Bank Statements to prove that I never received back the £92 that I paid for the Speed Awareness Course of 11 January 2023 that I booked so it will be up to Kent Police to justify why the Course was cancelled without the refund just because I wanted a short delay in the attendance of the Course for unavoidable reasons that I have explained to the Court authorities and Kent Police.
I would be grateful if you let me know what Kent Police has therefore decided in the progression of these matters.
