Dear Sirs

In respect of the attached alleged Speeding Offence by myself along the A229 on 5th October 2022: Speeding6Oct2022ShantanuPanigrahi.pdf; Speeding2ShantanuPanigrahi5Oct2022.pdf, please note that since the receipt of these documents, I have been up and down the A229 and there is on the southbound road only a 40 mph limit sign at the very entrance of the road from the M2 which then disappears and there are no 50 mph limit signs displayed after that to warn motorists of what the speed limit is on the dual carriageway. On the northbound A229 50 mph speed limit signs are displayed all along the road, but 8 out of 10 cars exceed this limit at 60 mph or even 70 mph.

I would be grateful if you would provide me with a breakdown of all the statistics of cars drivers that have been prosecuted daily for exceeding the 50 mph speed limit along the A229 northbound and southbound accordingly so that I do not feel that I am being singled out by Kent Police on this occasion for the Intended Prosecution which I wish to have cancelled for reasons cited above and earlier.

Please note in this regard that I am still awaiting the HMCTS decision on the resolution of this dispute as well as others attached: NorthKentPoliceReleasewithoutbail.pdf as shown in the attached: Dr Shantanu Panigrahi 220930009 FO! acknowledgement.pdf.

Yours sincerely
