I am somewhat confused this morning that I did not receive any communication from the Court concerning the outcome of the attached proceedings: Notice of New Date of Hearing NKMC.docs from a non-attenders court although I also understood from Ms Wildish's of the Court's earlier email to me that this Hearing will be adjourned to enable me to attend.
I would be grateful for clarification of the matter.
