You say this now but you had no authority to interpret the basic facts in the way you did and knowing full well that I had copied in North Kent Magistrates into my emal to you to obtain the clarification of my deductions of your inferences, you then proceeded to cover up by backtracking in a highly deceitful manner to protect the Court from having to discharge it's responsibilities to reply to me directly to the two emails that it received from me today.
I would therefore urge you to reopen your file and attend to your work in a much more diligent and constructive manner since you are aware that the Legal Ombudsman has not adopted this case being a regulatory matter as I pointed out to you last week is stressing that the issues that I have uncovered show problems of a structural nàture.
