North Kent Magistrates Court
Dear Sirs
I have not yet received the Court's Judgment on the Outcome of the Trial Hearing with reference to the attached: LetterfromNKMCHearingTrial10Nov2023_2 pm.docx, and in light of this wish to draw the attention of the Court to the correspondence linked here: UNJUSTIFIED ATTACK ON MY CHARACTER BY CLK LEGAL (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/unjustified-attack-on-my-character-by-clk-legal
Nothing came to me in email at all since I posted this material. I will terminate my autobiography ‘The Allurement of Reality’ here. I will have no legal proceedings - delete everything that comes unless the North Kent Magistrates Court sends me the document on which to pay the £100 Fine with 3 points on my driver’s licence. In this possible eventuality I will ask for full written reasons before considering an Appeal, after payment of the Fine, on the grounds linked above.
I trust you will reply to my suggestion.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
